The location is great, close to many attractions, and the bed was very comfortable.
“A little aggravated by no pool, but mostly agitated by the cleaning lady.”
The room was clean and the location suited my needs; I appreciated the complimentary water at check‑in. The pool was out of service. Most notably, the cleaning lady knocked loudly on our door at 9:30, asking when we would be checking out, even though the front desk had told us the night before that check‑out was at noon. It was a good thing we were already awake or she would have woken us; it was very rude and seemed to prioritize her cleaning schedule over our comfort.
The location was good, and the bed and pillows were comfortable, but the hotel’s network software failure delayed check‑in.
The staff were friendly and the location convenient with plenty of nearby options, but the handicap accommodations were inadequate.
“Will stay here again”
The place was clean and beautifully maintained.
