The location was good, yet the noise was extreme with trains waking us up several times and the beds were insanely hard.

For our family with small children, having kitchen access and some equipment was helpful, though we weren’t aware of it when booking and it wasn’t mentioned upon arrival; it would have been clearer. Even one of us with food allergies appreciated the room fridge to buy and cook our own meals. Contacting staff was easy even though they weren’t stationed at the reception; the bathroom light was very weak, not broken but still very dark.
