The staff were caring and the bed was comfortable, but the cleaning was lacking and parking was impossible.

The property had all the basic essentials and looked great, and the bed was comfortable. However, there was only enough hot water for one shower, and it only returned the next morning right before check‑out. There was no WiFi or internet service at all, and the host insisted it worked (we even reset the router/modem as instructed). The whole apartment building is a dead zone; a 3‑inch thick steel front door blocks all wireless signals.
