I couldn’t get any Internet, which made communication hard. The beds were too soft and uncomfortable. The air conditioning didn’t work properly. The rooms were small and looked a bit neglected. The staff didn’t have the reservation exactly as I had booked it in the app.

The hotel’s address was wrong! We went to the address listed in the booking and ended up at a different hotel run by the same family. When we called, the manager was a bit rude and insisted the address was correct, even though we clearly weren’t in front of Hotel Izala. To find it, type the hotel’s name into Google Maps instead of the booking address. Walking from one to the other at night with heavy bags felt sketchy, but the two places are close so it wasn’t a huge drama, just uncomfortable.
