Ismael at the front desk was exceptionally helpful, and the ladies at the morning breakfast buffet were great; the hotel’s location is very good and walkable to the old town attractions, so I’ll definitely stay there again if I return to Istanbul. Nothing negative.

The location is excellent, close to the harbour ferry and restaurants, but the carpet in the room is old and needs replacing.

The room is spacious right in the middle of the action; a few steps put you at Sultan Ahmet Camii with the famous Egyptian Obelisk, the famous serpents, and just around the corner the Blue Mosque opposite Hagia Sophia; a few steps in the other direction bring you to the Arasta Bazaar—an absolutely brilliant location. The breakfast has a slight Mediterranean touch, and the terrace view is beautiful. Occasionally the street was a bit loud.
