The place is clean, central, right next to Termini station, and comfortable, but it gets very noisy at night and the window doesn’t close properly.

“Good stay if you don’t care about your room but if you want luxury look elsewhere”

The spot is great, but I felt unsafe at night because there was no safe in the room.

“We rented it for 3 nights and only stayed a few hours”

There was nothing positive. The room wasn’t clean, the bed sheets and walls were filthy, and we had an incident where one of us got stuck in the bathroom because the lock didn’t work.

“It is not really a guesthouse, there is no reception, no actual staff member for check-in it’s all done via WhatsApp. I”

The room itself was clean, and the entrance and lobby were tidy, yet the area around the station, metro, and bus hub is not great—lots of drug activity on the streets, and although it’s busy during the day, it doesn’t feel safe by evening, so I wouldn’t recommend it to solo travelers.

“DECEPCIONANTE”

The mirror was the only good thing, but the shower was a mess because the water leaked out of the shower tray, the shower head hadn’t been replaced for a long time and water sprayed everywhere, the tile paint was peeling, the sink tap was loose, and the same water‑leak issue happened; the mattress, the AC noise, and the neighbors in adjacent and upper rooms—who aren’t even part of the same chain—woke us up at any hour; overall, the only highlight was the mirror, and there’s a mini ironing board but no iron, so I definitely wouldn’t stay there again.
