I was close enough to the convention center, but the room was dirty, tiny, and had no hooks or hangers for my clothes; the air conditioner barely worked and the dirt filter was a mess.

The bathroom and room were clean, and I liked the balcony and pool table on the second floor, but the room needed repairs: a huge 4‑ft‑wide drywall patch on the ceiling was unpainted and unsanded, some outlets didn't work, and the TV remote was dead or had no batteries.

The location, free parking, and price were great, though the place could use an update, but I still recommend it.

Only the location mattered; the facilities smelled odd, the room was air‑conditioned but small and not very clean, and it wasn't worth the price at all.
