Herzen´s Landhaus

Das Frühstück ist hervorragend. Die Lage ist prima, der Bus fährt direkt vor der Haustür ab. Dennoch ist es sehr ruhig, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Wir empfehlen Herzens Landhaus zu 100% und kommen gerne wieder

“„Herzen‘s Landhaus“ - Name ist Programm! Alles ist perfekt!”

From the start we felt right at home. Booking and the pre‑communication with Sandra went flawlessly, just like everything else. Because we arrived at 16.00, we used the self‑check‑in. Our room was excellent – ample space, a large bathroom, spotless, simply perfect. The balcony view was fantastic. Parking is directly above the pension on the street; you receive a parking permit on site, which is ideal. A bus stop sits right in front of the building. Breakfast was amazing, lovingly prepared, even with name cards and a welcome note on the table. Owner Oliver was on site every morning, adding fried eggs for us and sharing local tips. He’s a very friendly, open person. A mini‑fridge with drinks is available in the hallway—very handy, fair prices. You can tell Oliver and his wife run the landhaus with care. We can recommend the landhaus 100%! Thanks for everything!!!

“Wir haben uns im Herzen`s Landhaus rundherum wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder.”

We really enjoyed the entire stay. The name Herzen`s Landhaus is fitting. Oliver Herz welcomed us warmly and took great care of us at breakfast, which was flawless. A superb espresso machine was available, along with juices, fruit, yogurt, cheese, and sausage specialties. Fresh bread, rolls, croissants, doughnuts, and fruit salad were offered daily. Egg dishes were always freshly prepared to order. Each morning we looked forward to the lovingly prepared breakfast in the bright, beautiful breakfast room. Oliver’s Kaiserschmarrn was unbeatable! He also gave us great hiking tips. We’ll come back. The balcony view is unbeatable, a real highlight. The beds are very comfortable, the rooms very clean. It would be nice if the shower were level‑ground. But that’s whining at the highest level.

Oliver and Sandra were fantastic hosts—always on hand and quick to meet any request. Their hospitality made the stay feel like a home away from home.

“Angenehmer Urlaub im Kleinwalsertal”

The family vibe here is warm and the breakfast is beautifully prepared, but the self‑serve drinks felt a bit pricey.
