I was blown away by the service and the spotlessness of the place. Huge thanks to Housekeeping Manager Mohammad Tharwat and Floor Supervisor Ismail for their professionalism, exceptional hospitality, and meticulous attention to detail. Their work made the whole experience unforgettable. I’d definitely recommend this hotel!
