Hotel Strandparken, nestled in Strandparken's greenery, overlooks Ise Fjord. The hotel features brightly decorated rooms with cable TV, minibar, and tea/coffee facilities, some with fjord views. It offers free Wi-Fi, parking, and a light-filled restaurant with à la carte dishes and stunning views. A Turkish spa, garden walking paths, and pool table are also available on site, near Holbæk city centre and Stenhus Train Station.

The place had a nice location, yet the hotel looked very worn out and was expensive for its condition.

The view by the water and the spot relative to the city were lovely, and even though the hotel was crowded, the rooms stayed quiet. However, finding staff at breakfast was tough and every tray was empty at first; they eventually refilled them but we had to wait a bit. Otherwise the breakfast was nice, we just got unlucky with the timing.

Pretty decent overall. The breakfast was solid, though adding a few more items would make it better. Still, it was acceptable. The hotel itself is simple, a solid standard option.
