St Lucia Eco Lodge, perched amid tropical gardens, offers panoramic Indian Ocean views, the Mapelane dune, and estuary mouth. Each air‑conditioned apartment features a balcony or patio, satellite TV, and a hairdryer. Guests dine locally, sip drinks at the sea‑view bar, and enjoy an outdoor pool. The lodge arranges boat safaris, horse riding, game reserve trips, whale watching, and nearby snorkeling at Cape Vidal.

The spot was spot on, but the beds were a nightmare and the floors kept feeling damp—definitely not what you'd expect in autumn. We stayed in a family duplex and the rafters were a mess of dust, giving both my son and me terrible allergies.

The place was spotless and the staff were friendly, yet the breakfast arrived cold and parking was extremely tight. The stairs leading to the upper floor become really slippery when wet.
