“Mein Kurzurlaub war für mich i.O.”

Everything was fine, but there was no half‑board. Right from the start I had trouble finding my way from the parking lot to the room; I was completely lost.

The bathroom was spacious and the room was clean. I found the room price (excluding breakfast) to be on the high side. Even though I booked four months in advance, I still ended up with a room in a dependency.

We were disappointed; a 4‑star hotel should have been better. The room fell short in both size and equipment, there was a tiny window and the armchairs were sagging. Room service came every two days and in a week there was no freshly made bed. All in all, just one disappointment. Too bad.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, plentiful, and refilled quickly. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, fulfilling requests right away. The wellness area was good, though the pool water could have been a bit warmer. The value for money (at least during our travel period) felt slightly off. Overall we were satisfied, but we’d rate the hotel more like a very good 3‑star place. The rooms facing the street were noisy when the windows were open during the day. Some spots in the rooms, especially the carpeted floor, weren’t as clean as they could have been. Like many 4‑star hotels, there’s no option to brew coffee or tea in the room (no capsule machine, for example). The reception closed after 6 p.m. in the evenings. The shower’s silicone seals needed replacement, and mold had already started to form.
