Landhaus Krabbe von Greetsiel

We chose this small hotel because it’s a little off the beaten path, which is exactly why we booked it. The staff welcomed us and our dog warmly, and the breakfast was excellent.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the tastefully decorated Landhaus Krabbe in Greetsiel. The hotel sits just a few minutes’ walk from the harbor and the town center. Our room was very clean, spacious, and lovingly furnished, with a large, very comfortable bed. The owner was extremely helpful and offered many tips. The breakfast buffet was perfect and very varied – we felt at home in the stylishly decorated breakfast room. We also want to note how much we liked the terrace; after our outings it became a relaxing oasis, beautifully laid out and exactly to our taste. We can only recommend this stay and will definitely return!

“Rundum schönes Wiedersehen mit Gretsiel.”

The house has a stylish, lovingly Nordic décor with a small, dreamy garden. The owner was always approachable and personally took care of all guests. The breakfast was varied, visually appealing, and of good quality. I also managed to connect well with other guests, and everything felt very family‑like. On hot days the walk to Greetsiel could be a bit challenging, but you get used to it quickly – and the owner can’t really influence that.

The owner is very nice and puts a lot of effort into the breakfast. The room was spacious and quiet. The hotel is also lovingly decorated, showing real passion. For me as a smoker, the covered, beautifully designed garden was great, inviting for relaxed evenings.
