The interior was clean. I appreciated the drinks and seasonings, and it felt like a good deal. The bath water was a bit cold.

The accommodation was standard with everything needed. I would be satisfied. BUT!! The owner Ken was friendly, the air‑conditioning was already on the ground floor and it was pleasant, and in the attic there were two bedrooms; the AC cooled the whole night! So next time, turn the AC upstairs too, that’s it. Also the location is marked wrong on the booking app; it’s an old cemetery! With a taxi driver who didn’t speak English, we found it after an hour of staying. So it was a nice night game of hide and seek. But that’s part of traveling. 😄

There is plenty of space in the accommodation and you can get snacks and hygiene items at a good price. One of the beds is directly under the air‑conditioner and you can’t adjust it so it doesn’t blow on the bed. Guests in one room feel cold, and because the airflow doesn’t reach the other room, guests there sweat.

You can stay with pets. The bathroom and toilet are together.

“Perfect base to see Sesoko”

The location is good, the air‑conditioning saved my life, and it had everything you need! The outdoor seating area was nice and I loved the tatami inside. A very nice café is 20 seconds down the road and a nice izakaya is 10 minutes away. Upstairs is one large room separated by a midway wall (not all the way to the ceiling); it seems designed to help the AC airflow, but it’s worth knowing that if you’re a group you’re basically all together.
