Location, room, quietness, and value for money were all good, even better than my recent stays at Hilton and Wyndham in Santiago. The vegetarian hot food options at the first breakfast were limited and low quality.

The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is very good and affordable, and the staff is attentive. The location is a bit far from Providencia and downtown Santiago, but it’s still easily reachable by metro and a short walk (or bus). Bicentenario Park is very close. The TV quality wasn’t great.

The location and spacious rooms were nice. There’s a nasty smell of mildew or stale air coming from the ventilation ducts, which is unpleasant. The parking on level -2 is dirty and has litter, not up to hotel standards.

El desayuno es bueno. El hotel tiene hab viejas y otras renovadas. Primera vez que me toca una tan antigua y ni tienes como saber. Elegimos director porque tiene espacio y sofa cama para nuestros hijos pero en esta oportunidad no fue así. El baño se ve sucio y la ducha en pésimo estado. Además la recepcionista que nos atendió, muy poco amable. Pedimos toallas que nunca llegaron. Las almohadas eran muy viejas. Parecen 2 hoteles distintos
