The rate is RM171 a night, but it feels like RM40; the photos are misleading, the building looks run‑down and dirty, the heater doesn’t work, the odor is terrible, and we saw a cockroach running in the toilet. When we asked the front desk for a cleaner, they said the cleaner had already left.
