The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when they carried my bag to the third floor. The location is fine, with a few restaurants within walking distance. My room was on the third floor, but there was no elevator. The room felt very dated and probably should have been cheaper.

We arrived, were told the hotel was full, and then our money was charged and we were kicked out; no one refunded us and the hotel didn’t respond. We were simply not checked in because the hotel was full.

I like this guesthouse because it is small and tidy. It is located in the city center but in a quiet area and I can walk to shops, restaurants, massage and other sightseeing places. I have stayed there the 3rd Time. And I will come again. The matress could be renewed

I didn’t like it at all. I couldn’t get in touch with the accommodation.
