I couldn’t get a stay. The hotel was deactivated and didn’t inform Booking.

The hotel is closed. The money that Booking transferred from my account isn’t being returned. Boring.com pre‑paid the hotel Pax. We arrived on 22.06 and found the hotel under renovation with a notice that it was closed; no one could be reached. Luckily a receptionist at a nearby hotel found us a place and arranged a 3‑day stay. We then booked another hotel for 4 days because we were flying back on 29.06. We’re trying to get a refund since the hotel doesn’t exist and the service wasn’t provided.

Specifically the reception. Really cool, polite staff. Excellent breakfast. Perfect coffee, very cozy and comfy. I would return anytime. I like all the staff, meals, and drinks.
