The female staff were very cheerful and always smiling. The location was superb, about a three‑minute walk to Bivien Street and within walking distance of the Bentine market. The room cleaning wasn’t done automatically; you had to request it at reception.

The place sits in a great spot and the price is solid; the staff were friendly and helpful, and I didn't encounter any issues.

“Good location and nice workers.”

The location is excellent and the price is reasonable. We stayed in a room that stayed silent for five days, and the hotel sits on a quiet side street with no traffic, yet it’s easy to reach main roads and shops. The reception staff were kind and helped us book transport. The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. The only downside was that we couldn’t take long showers because the water temperature would rise too high and we couldn’t adjust it.
