Everything was clean and new, and the main beach is a 15‑minute walk away. Breakfast was delicious and the owner was very nice.

“Wonderful stay! Truly peaceful with excellent hospitality.”

This is by far the best place we stayed at during our 21‑day trip across Sri Lanka. The property is absolutely beautiful and incredibly peaceful, with no disturbing noise. The rooms and facilities feel brand new, and we had a fully equipped kitchen to prepare our own meals—no detail was missed. Breakfast each morning was incredibly tasty, and the Wi‑Fi was fast and reliable throughout. The location is very convenient: a 10‑minute walk to Blue Beach and a 15‑minute walk to Hiriketiya Beach. Huge thanks to Gayan, Piyumi, and all the staff for being friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Sri Lanka. Highly recommended! Nothing was wrong at all—everything was perfect.

The accommodation is very nice! Everything is well maintained and clean. We really liked everything! Breakfast was delicious and the host was very friendly. We had an issue with the overpricing of the tuk‑tuks, and they came to pick us up by motorcycle! The only thing that needs improvement is the strong odor coming from the bathroom at times.

The host was friendly and helpful. Both Hiriketiya Beach and Blue Beach Island are within walking distance. Breakfast was good and the place was clean.

I stayed in a super modern room that had all the comforts I could ask for, was located just outside the hustle and bustle, and enjoyed a nice Sri Lankan breakfast.
