The location was ideal for St Andrew's activities, and the property was spacious, clean, and overall very nice, though it was a bit close to other houses.

“Exactly what is needed for a group booking for a golf trip”

This is a brilliant property for a group and is perfectly located for getting into St Andrews, especially for golf (we played the Eden course one day and could see the farmhouse from the course). The house has multiple rooms that can be used for socialising or relaxing, and it’s very spacious and well furnished; we had nothing to be unhappy with, it was perfect for our group stay.
