The Large Twin Room provides two twin beds for up to two guests. Air‑conditioning, a private entrance and sound‑proof walls enhance comfort, while a wardrobe, sofa and flat‑screen TV are also provided. A private bathroom includes a shower and a tea and coffee maker.
The place was solid, but the shower tiles felt slick and the toilet seat in room 13 was cracked, plus calls for housekeeping and the manager went unanswered.
“Slight improvements here and there.”
We were helped by a friendly admin and staff lady—probably Wandile—who smiled and spoke politely, yet they still need to provide shower caps, gels, lotion, electric blankets for Newcastle’s winter chill, and proper pillowcases, as some rooms weren’t up to par.
“Besides shower which we needed more it was good”
