Very customer‑friendly (staff very attentive) – many small extras (welcome drink + room upgrade) – great location right on Lake Garda with beach access – very good breakfast – heated pool and whirlpool.

The staff were very nice and generous, people were really good, breakfast was amazing and varied, everything was tasty, the view from the hotel was excellent, and the room was large and beautiful. At the end of the stay the staff kept our luggage and helped us with public transport. I highly recommend.

It’s a beautiful hotel with a unique and interesting design, an excellent location, and plenty of games for children. The breakfast is very good.

Very service‑oriented staff, cool hotel with good décor. Fantastic location right down to the lake. Easy to walk into the small, cozy streets of Malcesine town. Nice and clean everywhere on the hotel. Delicious breakfast buffet.
