I never got a phone reply to confirm my reservation, and at 1.30am the night manager called me to say my booking was wrong and to cancel it. I tried calling back 1000 times, but no one answered. I’ve attached screenshots of the call times and how many attempts I made. He didn’t know how to manage the shift and was calling customers at 1.30am without even apologizing for the disturbance, insisting on mentioning my name. This place is a disaster, especially the management. They clearly don’t respect their customers.

The room was spotless and cozy, and the staff were very friendly. No complaints at all; everything was perfect.

The hotel is close to Anuradhapura ancient city, but the location is hard to find via Google Maps.

“Horrible”

Situated close to the town centre. We booked 2 family rooms and one was fine and other one was disgustingly bad smelling and toilets were also fungal smelly. Swimming pool was not properly maintained. My 9 y old girl swam there and there was a broken tile inside the pool and she got a deep cut on the foot. We asked for diet aid and there were NONE!!! The person who was looking after the hotel went to a pharmacy and bought few stuff after we request. The gates are always looked and every time we go out and coming in we have to open and close the gates by ourselves. Very poor service!!!!!

“Comoda e”

The location is comfortable, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the pool was a real highlight. The staff were present and available. Highly recommended.
