Location was good. The beds were very uncomfortable, there was no hot water so I couldn’t take a shower in the morning, and the room was not clean at all.

The view from the room is very pleasant. The staff are also very nice, and the price is reasonable for a nice room.

The photos on the website are just sugarcoating; the only thing we liked was the right‑side rooms with balconies, but otherwise nothing was good. The amenities listed were far away, exactly as the website promised.

The staff, especially Gopal and Neetu didi, were incredibly friendly, making the stay feel more like home than a hotel, and the mountain view was gorgeous. The only downside was the absence of a TV.
