Penzion Apidae

A beautiful and tasteful pension in a great location. We were in the middle of summer holidays, yet everywhere was pleasantly calm. The staff were very kind and accommodating. After a full day of hiking we appreciated the sauna (extra charge) heated by wood. Breakfast was sufficient. The coffee was good (very good). We might have liked the breakfast to start at 8.00 instead of 8.30, but that's not something that would spoil our satisfaction. We didn't find anything that didn't suit us.

“Pohodlný a klidný penzion”

Overall a very nice stay in an excellent location. The pension was pleasant. The beds were narrow, tall and soft. The breakfast selection was weaker. The food at the restaurant was more average.

The accommodation and location were fine. Before my stay I dealt with some issues and the booking had absolutely no communication. Customer service didn't communicate. For me that was a big exclamation.

A brand‑new, nicely renovated family inn in the heart of the Orlické Mountains, perfect for hiking with easy access to all major sights. The owners were very friendly and clearly care about the property. The only downside was the beds – the mattresses were too soft and the pillows small, a subjective flaw for me. Also, there was no option to blackout the windows; because the inn is lit from the outside, light kept pouring in at night. Adding curtains would have improved the overall impression.
