The staff were lovely, the rooms were nice, and the owners were hospitable; it offered good value.

The staff were genuinely friendly and the Wi‑Fi was strong, which mattered a lot for my remote work. The corridors were stunning with amazing artwork and statues. I was impressed to say the least. Nothing was lacking; everything was incredible, which is rare for me to say about a hotel. Really great place to be honest.

I really enjoyed the quiet of the place and the welcoming staff. You can use shared common areas for several rooms to eat and chat.

The staff were very friendly, the hotel had a colonial décor, and the pool was a great way to cool off after a hot day. The location was very good – it’s on the way to Angkor Wat. The building, though pretty, was quite neglected and could have been much cleaner. The mattresses were terrible; I have a back problem, my husband doesn’t, but we both woke up in the morning “broken” with headaches. The bathroom drains were weak – after the first shower everything clogged, including the toilet, and the bathroom flooded. A staff member removed a strainer from the drain, which helped, but a very unpleasant smell lingered until the end of our stay. The air‑con was very loud, set on the bed, and at night we had to turn it off, which made it very hot.

We can’t say much beyond the daily cleaning and friendly staff, but the location is a bit far from everything, the bathroom is too small for eight people and prone to flooding.
