The room was very poor and the quality was bad. The property itself is just average.

Food was good, but some menu items were listed but not actually available. The staff were very good and sincere. I’d suggest the hotel start offering a cab or taxi service so guests can get to their destination on time if they need to leave early in the morning. The room cleaning was subpar and took too long. The menu listed Chinese dishes that weren’t available at the restaurant. The area is a little outside Bikaner, so rickshaw availability was almost zero.
