The room was very comfortable, and I loved the deep bathtub and massage chair in the movie room. However, it is quite far from the historic sights in Gongju.

I stayed one night to hike Mount Gyeryongsan and, although the property was marketed as unique, it turned out to be fairly ordinary; however, the pillow and mattress were among the most comfortable I’ve ever encountered in a hotel, a sentiment shared by my wife, and the bathroom was clean and pleasant. The corner of the bed posed a risk of injury, the unmanned guesthouse felt confusing at first, and it would have been great if a simple breakfast had been included, as it seemed to be offered at other locations.

“동학사 숙소 중 완전 최고”

The convenience store is just a two‑minute walk, the room has ondol heating and is spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Even though I visited in the off‑season, the parking lot was completely full, which made me wonder if everyone stays here. The floor gets so hot at night you could literally sleep on it, so I’d recommend mentioning the floor temperature to the front desk beforehand. I enjoyed excellent drip coffee at the self‑service lounge, and the bathtub was large enough for a relaxing soak. I booked a room with two PCs and was completely satisfied.
