“Live Chicago but was very disappointed in the room.”

The location is great and the coffee shop team is awesome, but the room has poor lighting, an industrial feel, and cheap toilet paper. The room was subpar and very expensive.

I liked the location and the room was clean with a comfortable bed, but the hotel overcharged me $2,786. They kept saying it was a mistake, yet new charges appeared each day, and when I checked out they still hadn’t refunded me.

The upscale amenities and location were great, and I had no issues, except the morning coffee shop’s premade breakfast sandwiches were disappointing—though the coffee itself was good.
