We loved how spacious the open areas were for our kids to run around, and the rooms were beautiful with the most comfortable beds we’ve had in Bali. However, we asked for rooms next to each other and didn’t get that; it felt like our request had been ignored until we arrived.

The pool was huge and spacious, but the cushions on the chairs were really dirty.

The view was amazing and the breakfast food was really good, but the bathroom had black mould on the screen, tiles, and floor; the carpet mat was not flat on the floor and we had to ask staff twice to fix this tripping hazard. The restaurant was expensive, the location isolated, and one lift was not working.

Wow, what an amazing hotel and facilities; we loved every bit of it. The lifts were slow, so we stayed on a lower floor and used the stairs because that was quicker.

Everything was perfect for a relaxing holiday in a great location: the gym is amazing, the rooms are quiet, and breakfast is amazing. This is our third year staying here, and it is the best.
