The hotel is ideally located near the train station and the city centre. The dedicated outdoor parking is perfect. Breakfast is good, offering soft‑boiled eggs on request and excellent cold cuts. The large, modern room comes with a balcony, new air‑conditioning, and a minibar. Giacomo greets guests warmly, and hot drinks are available for breakfast‑included guests. The Ticino Card provided by the hotel unlocks many discounted excursions and free transport.

The room was huge, well‑equipped, and the air‑conditioning was quiet. The welcome was great and the breakfast was perfect. The bed felt a bit hard for my taste.
