“No LIFT Hotel”

The room was basic, but there was no lift in the hotel and they charged extra if you wanted to stay on a lower floor.

“mixed experience”

The location offered good privacy, the food was good, and the room was acceptable. However, they supplied only two bottles of water and a very cheap toothbrush without asking or providing any information, yet charged ten times the listed price. The room was infested with cockroaches.

La comida era muy buena, pero la zona no estaba bien y estaba al lado del bus stop con mucho ruido. Además me dieron la habitación en el último piso, que también tenía muchas cosas, como depósito, y no había agua caliente.

Die zentrale Lage zum Busbahnhof war gut, aber als ich am Hotel ankam, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass das von mir gebuchte und bestätigte Zimmer nicht mehr verfügbar sei. Stattdessen wurde mir ein Zimmer angeboten, das mehr als doppelt so teuer war, was eine völlig überzogene Preisvorstellung war. Erst als ich mit der Polizei wegen Betruges drohte, wurde mir dann doch ein Zimmer meiner gebuchten Kategorie zum vereinbarten Preis angeboten. Dann sollte ich noch für das zur Verfügung gestellte Wasser einen überteuerten Preis bezahlen (in allen anderen Hotels wurde mir bisher Wasser umsonst gegeben). Ich habe abgelehnt. Es kam mir wie eine große Abzocke vor. Zudem konnte ich das Licht nicht komplett ausschalten und Toilettenpapier fehlte ebenfalls. Das Hotel war ein Reinfall.
