“Kindest owners I've ever met and great hotel.”

Everything was perfect: the owners were very nice and helpful, and the owners’ daughter speaks remarkably good English, which makes it easy for a foreigner like me to get help. They were also very helpful on the way there when my suitcase broke completely and they gave me a new one free of charge, which was incredibly nice. The food was great with different meals each day, and the owner even drove me to the nearest city when I had to leave. Overall, very nice people. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in the countryside of Taiwan; it was great. The location is a bit far if you’re there by bus, which I guess not many people use, so it’s only a minor inconvenience.

Lovely and welcoming family. The grounds are beautiful and thoughtfully arranged for a peaceful and comfortable stay. We really loved their art and friendly pets as well. Breakfast and coffee were delicious! Everything was fantastic. We will definitely stay here again.

Staying at Yanzitao was a real delight; the host family greeted us warmly and made us feel at home right away. Breakfasts were healthy and tasty, the place stayed clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed a lovely 2‑night stay and appreciate how memorable the trip became thanks to them.

The family were friendly and welcoming, and breakfast was amazing! The coffee and tea sold there are a bit pricey, and there aren’t many restaurants nearby unless you have a car.
