I recently had the pleasure of staying at this serene hotel, and it truly was a perfect getaway from the chaos of city life. The hotel's location and breathtaking views offered a sense of peace and tranquility that I desperately needed. The staff were courteous and friendly, and I appreciated the hotel's environmentally friendly practices. The hotel's construction and design were also impressive, with gentle lighting and soothing music adding to the relaxing atmosphere.

“Poor service not expected from ITC”

My stay at this hotel had its highs and lows. On the positive side, the location and property itself were very nice, with a pleasant atmosphere and good potential. However, my experience was marred by several issues, including delayed restaurant orders, broken window locks in my room, and unresponsive staff. These problems made dining frustrating and raised concerns about comfort and safety. Unfortunately, these issues detracted from what could have been a great stay.

“Excellent and comfortable stay in nature”

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to the friendly and welcoming staff. My room was perfectly sized and had a lovely view of nature, with large glass windows that made me feel like I was living in a forest. The food and amenities offered were decent, and I didn't have any complaints during my stay. The hotel's tranquil atmosphere and natural surroundings made for a truly relaxing experience.

“i had a fabulous time with my wife for our anniversary”

I was thoroughly impressed by the hospitality at this hotel, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had an amazing experience. A particular standout was a staff member named Ravinder Kumar, who made sure we felt well cared for at all times. While the food was generally great, there were a few instances where it was not as salty as I would have liked. Overall, however, the hotel's excellent service and amenities made for a memorable stay.
