“Small & Dirty”

I stayed in a spot with plenty of shops close by, but the room was cramped and filthy, the air conditioner hadn’t been serviced in ages, and I woke up with a nasty sinus attack the next morning.

“Teruk”

I liked the place, but the toilet was dirty, the pipes were broken, the air conditioner was cold, there was a noise, and the room price was high.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel’s central location was convenient, yet the power cut twice at midnight, mosquitoes kept biting me, and the bathroom lacked shampoo and shower gel.

“Did the job but wasn’t treated well.”

Getting off a night bus at 5:35 am, the location worked for us and the bed was comfortable, but the staff were rude and dismissive, the room was dirty with dust on the headboard and the air conditioning unit.
