“Okay but not great.”

The only bright side was that it’s convenient for shopping, but watch out for traffic and you could be run over; the tea was excellent. I liked nothing about the accommodation, the hotel sits on a very busy highway where nobody stops, breakfast was always late, low quality, and BERY VERY limited in choice, and they only accept cash payments.

“Comfortable stay”

The reception staff were very accommodating, the stay was comfortable, and the facilities met expectations.

The room matched the photos, the sheets and towels were clean, and the spot was quiet yet close enough to the main road for a short walk; the staff were great and answered every question, but there was no hot water.

I was really impressed by the staff's efficiency - they were always on hand to help with anything I needed. The rooms were spotless and the breakfast was decent. The quiet location was a bonus, and the parking space was ample. My only quibble was that the room I was in had a lingering cigarette smell, which they quickly tried to rectify with air freshener. It's a minor complaint, but it would be great if they had separate smoking and non-smoking rooms.

“Loved the luxurious welcome”

To be honest, I was blown away by how good this hotel was. They clearly know what they're doing, and it shows in the cleanliness and the location. It's in a fantastic spot, with easy access to all the famous landmarks in Lahore. I was really impressed by the hotel's standards, and I'd definitely stay here again.
