The room was spacious and the bed comfy, and the photos matched the reality; the spot was unbeatable, right in the center and facing Sapa Lake, and the staff, though speaking only a little English, were very helpful and polite.

The location was good, yet the beds felt like rocks and the sleeper buses were far superior; after just one night I had to find another hotel for the second night, which was just awful.

The hotel sat in the heart of Sapa, and the reception team handled everything, including booking the sleeper bus tickets, with great courtesy; however, the breakfast did not suit us and we didn’t order it.

The room was beautiful and affordable, and the staff were friendly.

It was in Sapa, but I didn’t like the toilet, and even though it was a budget room, that was still no excuse.
