The service level at this hotel is very high; the reception welcomed me warmly and professionally, and the staff spoke English fluently. The restaurant team was highly qualified, attentive, and very helpful, with excellent English skills. Their professionalism and eagerness to help really stood out. The hotel itself is modern and new, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the swimming pool is a great facility. Room service is efficient, straightforward, and hassle‑free. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay with my family and would gladly recommend this hotel to others. Thank you for your hospitality and for making my stay so enjoyable. One small improvement would be to offer soft drinks in the evening; beer is available through room service, but soft drinks are not. Adding a basic selection of soft drinks at night would be nice.
