“Good value”

The price, location and breakfast all add up nicely, and the staff are fantastic. The only down‑sides are minor bathroom details: a missing hand towel, some grout and caulk that need replacing, and a shower head that could be tightened.

“Recommended for short stays and if you don't mind cold showers”

The spot is good—across the river, fairly quiet, and a short walk to eateries. The room is comfy with a solid bed, pillows, balcony, ceiling fan, and AC. Breakfast is passable but gets repetitive. Overall price is decent and the staff are friendly. The main gripe: no hot water in the shower. The sink tap had hot water, and the large faucet in the shower was warm, but when I switched to the shower it never got warmer than “not cold.” The sink’s edge is jagged, tore my clothes when I snagged a leg, leaving a scrape. The outdoor breakfast area is lovely on nice days, but uncomfortable when it’s hot like that day, and it would feel awkward if it rained. The shoe storage isn’t secure.

“メコン川をバルコニーから眺められる”

The view was amazing. I’d booked for a river view, so the location was exactly what I wanted, and I was very grateful for the Vietnamese staff member Lin, who took care of me from check‑in to check‑out with great attention to detail. She spoke English very well.
