The hotel sits in a great spot, offers free parking in the garage, and gives a free public transport pass for the whole stay—though I never used it, it’s a nice perk if you’re not driving. The breakfasts are unbeatable, with a huge selection and a view of the mountains. Check‑in and check‑out are quick and can be done entirely on your own. I highly recommend this place. Everything was wonderful.

The room was clean, spacious, warm, and comfortable, and the breakfast was super abundant, varied, and good. The automated reception removes personality and human warmth from the hotel, and the bathroom fan is a bit noisy.

The hotel in Santa Cristina boasts a stunning view of the Dolomites. The room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Parking is organized right outside the hotel, and you can reach Ortisei by public transport in about 10 minutes. The room lacks a fridge and any facilities for making tea or coffee, and the hotel is quite expensive for the entire trip.

“Very clean, friendly staff, poor amenities”

The hotel was very clean and located in a great area with very friendly staff. There was no water in the room, no tea or coffee provided, and we weren’t allowed to bring tea or coffee from the restaurant into the room. The restaurant was closed for two nights while we were there for a private function, leaving very few nearby dinner options.
