Holiday Inn - New Orleans Airport North by IHG

I’d give it an 8 out of 10 – it was fair overall.

“Excellent stay.”

I scored it a perfect 10, because the staff were super friendly and everything else was spot‑on.

I gave it a 10; the team, especially the shuttle drivers, were welcoming and helpful.

“The breakfast was subpar. Wanted to leave to go to room was told I could not return to finish breakfast.”

I rated it a 7. The lobby and shuttle were fine, and the room was decent, but the maintenance left something to be desired: the sink faucet was loose, the tub was slick, the drain stopper was missing, the drain itself lacked the crossbar needed for the plug, and the bath finish looked cheap.
