The room had no TV, no wardrobe or hanging rod, and no towels—had to fetch them from the counter.

The place was clean, but the staff were shouting at each other and were rude in front of the reception, even slapping heads during check‑in, which felt inappropriate.

The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free, which was a nice surprise. However, the location was a bit of a letdown - there wasn't a 7/11 nearby, and I had to walk a kilometer to get to a grocery store. It was a bit of a trek, but at least the staff were friendly.
