Hyatt Place Pensacola Airport

“Last minute choice due to hurricane and the only place that had availability”

I rated it a 10. Check‑in was smooth, the room was clean, and the spot was nice, but the price felt high.

I scored it a 9. The staff were excellent, but the first air‑conditioned room was noisy, the TV didn’t work, and the engineer said he wouldn’t stay there; the new room was better, though the bathroom wallpaper needed some touch‑up.

I gave it a 9; the rooms matched the photos perfectly, but breakfast was disappointing.

“Excellent wait staff at bar/resaurant.”

The hotel’s proximity to the airport was a major plus, and there were no issues to note.

“Booking.com did not get my reservation to the hotel so o had to wait in the lobby for over and hour at which time I ende”

The price and location were solid, but the place had fallen into disrepair and definitely needed new carpet and paint, even though it was still worth staying.
