The room was a pathetic, cheap, and dirty mess. The pictures promised something else, yet the room was filthy. We didn’t even get water, and no one answered the call at reception. Everything was worse.

The room was close by and spotless, and there were no complaints.

The location was convenient, but the phone never worked, a dog was left at reception despite repeated requests to remove it, no towels were provided, and I kept calling on my mobile even after leaving.
