The experience was terrible, and it was terrible.

Nothing was good, it was awful. The door bolt was broken, the area was a sketchy neighborhood so I felt unsafe, it was noisy and I couldn't sleep; the bed was terribly uncomfortable, the chair was broken with a missing leg and its wheels were also broken. The shower had no hot water, no soap, no shampoo, nothing at all, and the towels were rough; overall 0‑10, please don't go unless it's your last resort.

The staff were absolutely friendly, everything stayed clean, the spot was great, close to shops, parking right by the room. The mattresses felt a little soft though.

The rooms were spacious. I checked out about 20 hours ago and still haven't seen my security deposit refunded; can you check the status and tell me when it will be returned? Thanks.
