“Regular”
The facilities and location are good, but the service is bad, there was no hot water, etc.
“Agradable y confortable”
I enjoyed a pleasant stay; the hotel looked nice, was clean and the staff were very friendly and attentive. It’s handy that the property includes a spa, chapel, restaurant and parking, so you have good services on‑site. The only drawback is that the complex is split, because to reach the pool (which I wanted), the restaurant, spa or chapel you have to leave building one, cross a street with a fair amount of traffic and buses, and then go to building two.
The hotel staff are hardworking, very kind at all times, very helpful—there’s nothing to complain about, and the facilities are super good and comfortable. The downside is that we have to move to the other building (cross the road) to use the pool; the portions of the meals don’t match the price, I felt they were very small.
