The place was in a good spot and reasonably clean, but the pillows were uncomfortable, the AC worked but was noisy and didn’t distribute air well throughout the room.

The location. The person to long for check in when I already paid for the room 4 hours before getting there. The room and a sour smell to it. For the price the TV is outdated rust on the stand by the chair

Breakfast wasn’t included, and everything else was pricey: a bottle of water $3.85, avocado toast $11, hot water for tea $7. Many families complained about the lack of breakfast.

My stay at this hotel was marred by the poor cleanliness of the room, which was a major letdown given the friendly service I received from the front desk staff. The lady at the front desk was warm and welcoming, but the state of the room was unacceptable. I was expecting a clean and comfortable space, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case.
