I booked a double room but received a single instead; the bed linen and bathroom were unclean, hygiene was poor, and the staff behaved casually without properly attending to customers.

The rooms were dirty, the bedsheets were unclean, and the hotel overall did not match its promised cleanliness, so I left without staying.

“Cockroaches and hair everywhere”

There was absolutely nothing good here; sheets had hair, the floor was full of coachroches.

I couldn't find the property and there was no support from the hotels part even after repeated calls. My uber driver was patient enough to search the property along with me. The one that is in the map is wrong and they asked to search it on my own. I had somehow known people in Hyderabad and got the last moment booking in some other property. Really it's a trust issue please note being a woman solo traveler
