Excellent service, staff, and facilities—a very comfortable place. No complaints.
I never got the room I booked; it was different from the reservation. There were errors with my booking.
The service and the food were great, but soon they were making arrangements with guests there, understandable if they’re trying to improve.
The staff were great, and the bed in the upper‑floor room was very comfortable.
“Un oasis de paz y amabilidad”
It was a lot of good stuff, a real oasis in Riohacha, but you need transport to get out and enjoy more.
